I am a Senior Manager of Product Design at Cars.com overseeing the innovation and optimization of the shop experience into a new platform. I am an advocate for data analytics to help inform design decisions. I love mentoring others because I was fortunate to have good mentorship and it has helped me grow my career and as a person.
I was born in Hong Kong and raised in the heart of Chicago. My father is a former correctional officer turned programmer. He is the reason I became a developer. Then as a software developer, I discovered my passion to solve problems through user interfaces that will increase productivity and fewer errors.
