Summary: Tech transformation
My role: Manager, Strategy, Design
This was a 2 year-long project to rebuild Cars' platform from the ground up. Initially, I led the tech transformation for product and design, until I went on maternity leave. When I returned, I was promoted to Senior Manager of Product Design. In my new role, I continued with my responsibilities as a leader to migrate the existing system and website to the new platform, and also added responsibility to manage 5 direct reports. I took on a stretch assignment as a QA Manager to ensure the quality of work is considered throughout the development life cycle. That included creating a QA workflow, hiring and managing testers, organize and manage a bug tracking system. Now that the site is launch, my role now is to help identify team goals and create a roadmap to align to goals. I facilitate workshops and turn ideas into tangible features.
AUTO.COM
Summary: Rebranding and redesign
My role: Planning and project management
The ask was to rebrand and redesign Auto.com to target millennials females. We’ve done research that shows the car buying decisions in the next 5 years will be from this audience group will increase by 45%. We looked at the competitive landscape, and there isn’t one auto site that targets specifically millennials women. My task was to come up with a plan to make this project happen. I tapped into my agency experience and created a statement of work that outlines the scope of the project, the number of resources needed, the timeline, and the deliverable the creative team will produce. I ensured the project is moving according to the timeline and getting the right stakeholders involved at the right time, along with the approvals needed from legal, finance, and leadership. I also ensure to have the right talent to align for this work either from finding it in-house or hiring contractors. What I’ve learned from this project is setting clear expectations for all parties either from the leadership level to an individual contributors level is crucial to the success of the project.
CARS
Summary: Increase conversion for our core shop funnel
My role: Design Lead
I lead and own the optimization of the shop funnel specifically getting users from the homepage to the search results page to the vehicle details page. As a lead, I am also responsible to build a strong team with product, tech, design, and analytics to set an example for the organization. I was recognized and awarded for illustrating teamwork with the President Choices Award. Other responsibilities include providing mentorship, design critique, and quality assurance.
COMPANY: HEATHWALLACE
CLIENT: GLOBAL HSBC
Summary: Design a new banking application workflow across the globe
My role: Global Design Lead, Design Manger
I was hired by HeathWallace as the Global Design Lead to manage 4 design teams for an international HSBC migration project. The objective of the million dollars initiative is to migrate all banking applications across US, Canada, UK, and HK into one system and one experience. My responsibilities included managing communications across teams, defining processes and expectations with HSBC global leaders, providing guidelines for design patterns and interactions. I was also accountable for the health of the design team and ensuring their needs were met with the client.
CENTRO
Summary: Create a single platform that will give users the ability to create and optimize guarantee and real-time bidding campaigns.
My role: Design lead
Centro is the industry’s most comprehensive & automated digital media platform that addresses your direct, programmatic, search & social through a single interface. I led the work to build this single interface. My job was to integrate two media platforms into one.

CLIENT: STATEFARM
My role: Design, Manager
I spent four years at Razorfish working on StateFarm, which included designing the StateFarm App, and the StateFarm Auto/Home/Life insurance experience. I was promoted to an Associate Experience Director where my responsibility was to manage client expectations, translate client needs into design needs, provide design directions, ensure a standard of quality, and manage designers.
